Kong Communications Co., Ltd. (HKC)
established in 2002. It is mainly responsible for
the research and development of high quality and
reliable Internet and telecommunications Equipment.
Product development is undertaken by a team of R&D
experts based in Hong Kong, whose experience, know-how
and capability stand readily to give the Group an
edge in the market for Internet and communications
Equipment.
New technologies such as Symphony 6 i-Solutions, Home Automation, Conference Room Automation, VoIP,
VPN and Internet PBX systems are set to take centre
stage and replace traditional telecommunications
systems, as Internet and broadband technologies
continue to evolve daily. IP PBX and IP VPN has
become buzzwords in enterprise circles, particularly
among multi-site corporations demanding a reliable,
secure, yet cost effective means of communication
with branches, customers and partners around the
world. With rich features and simple maintenance
requirements, IP PBX and IP VPN will become the
mainstream technology in the coming years.
Tapping into the huge potential
created by the telecom industry moving into the
NGN (Next Generation Network) and convergence
of video, voice and data on the wired and wireless
network, the Group has focused its R&D resources
on the development of the IP telephone system
with VoIP as the core technology. It currently
focuses on the development of IP phone and PBX
phone systems using the Local Area Network (LAN)
telephone system with VoIP as the core technology.
